The Alternative Party Festivals

Our main event The Alternative Party is a yearly digital culture festival and a demoparty in Helsinki. The event was started in 1998 when Kristoffer Lawson, our founder, felt that there was something missing at mainstream demoparties — obscure computers and the attitude.

As relaxed sauna parties, the AltStork summer events have been nice deviations from the usual hectic atmosphere of demoscene events.
